Archiving Collections

Required Permissions
Access to this capability requires the following permissions:
 View & Edit
Workstation

Collections cannot be deleted from Workstation, but they can be archived. By default, archived collections are hidden from the Collections widget and only appear if the Archived filter is enabled.

After you find a collection, you can open it by sending it to an Object Details Viewer (ODV).

To archive or unarchive the collection:

  1. In the top-right corner, click the More menu (⋮) icon.
  2. Select Archive or Unarchive.
  3. Confirm the action to complete the change, or click Cancel to stop.
