Generating Collection Links

Access to this capability requires the following permissions:

Workstation allows you to generate direct links to collection for sharing with other users or for later reference.

This section assumes you are already viewing and managing a collection.

To generate and copy a collection link:

  1. Open the More (⋮) menu on the event.
  2. Select Copy Link to copy a permalink to the event. (Opening this link loads the event in its own browser tab.)
  3. (Optional) Hover over Copy Link to access additional options for copying a link that opens the collection directly to a specific tab, such as Details, Custom Fields, or Event tabs.
