Generating Event Links

Required Permissions
Access to this capability requires the following permissions:
 View & Edit

Workstation allows you to generate direct links to events for sharing with other users or for later reference.

This section assumes you are already viewing an event.

  1. Open the More (⋮) menu on the event.
  2. Select Copy Link to copy a permalink to the event.
    • Opening this link loads the event in its own browser tab.
  3. (Optional) Hover over Copy Link to access additional options:
    • Copy a link that opens the event directly to a specific tab, such as Details or Collections.
